Bidi Facility Services (Bidi FS) is a nationally accredited Aboriginal owned and operated Project and Facility Maintenance company. Operating from our head office in Melville and our regional office in Bunbury, Western Australia, Bidi FS service primarily the Perth/Peel regions along with some regional parts of WA.

Led by our Director and Owner, Joel O’Driscoll, Bidi FS is passionate about creating sustainable pathways for Aboriginal youth to enter the construction industry and sharing his experience to motivate and mentor others.
Joel has over a decade of experience in the construction and project management field. He started his career by completing an electrical apprenticeship with Alcoa in 2008 and has since gained extensive experience in the construction, mining, oil and gas sectors. Joel has worked as an HV Electrician with BHP in Newman, WA, and as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician for DBP, working remotely across WA. More recently, he has worked in project management and site supervisor roles within the commercial building and construction sector.

Bidi Facility Services (Bidi FS) is an Aboriginal-owned business and registered builder (BC103766) operating since 2021 providing construction and building maintenance services across Western Australian government, corporate and privately owned industry sectors. Bidi FS clear purpose is to provide high quality building and facility maintenance and construction services across WA. With a track record of successful outcomes and built relationships Bidi FS is rapidly becoming one of WA’s premier Aboriginal owned construction, facility and maintenance company, respected in Indigenous communities and the industry. Our core objective is to ensure that utilising Indigenous business is at the forefront of all government, private enterprise and not-for-profit agendas.
