The works at Perth Modern School comprised of two (2) x Science Laboratory Upgrades.
The extent of the works included:
- Demolition and disconnection of services
- Removal of asbestos vinyl flooring
- Concrete cutting and excavations works for new services
- Supply and install new vinyl flooring
- Supply and install new cabinetry including sinks and tap ware
- Supply and install fire extinguishers and whiteboards
- Internal painting
- Supply and install new floor and wall tiling
- Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Services
