Proud to share one of the projects that truly reflects what we’re capable of at Bidi Facility Services.

What started as a refurbishment of a much-loved old school hall quickly escalated after the removal of the original cladding uncovered extensive rot and termite damage. The scope shifted overnight – from a simple re-clad to a near full rebuild.

Challenges like these are where experience, adaptability, and strong project delivery matter most.
 

Rebuild of Internal & External

Our team carefully rebuilt the internal and external wall structures, installed new weatherboard cladding true to the building’s original character, and delivered a complete kitchen and classroom fit-out ready for future generations to use.

A key priority throughout the project was preserving the history of the hall wherever possible. The original timber floors were restored and polished back to life, while the existing steel structure was retained as part of the building’s story.
